Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (this "Policy") is part of and incorporated in our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined in this Policy are as defined in our Terms of Use.


No Refunds for Purchases

Due to the nature of our subscription-based, paywalled products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. As a subscriber, you are not entitled to a refund or credit from Optimal, our payment processors, or any parties affiliated with any of the foregoing under any circumstances, including, without limitation, for your incorrect purchases, your failure to use a Service, your dissatisfaction with a Service, or delayed or undelivered Service.

However, Optimal may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, discount or credit at any time. Receiving a refund, discount or credit in one instance does not entitle you to any further refunds, discounts, or credits in any other or future instances.


Apple In-App Purchases

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
